🥣 Feeding & Usage Guidelines
Poultry Water Administration: Dilute 10mL of Kilverm in 200mL of fresh water for each 6kg of total live bird weight (or 1.75mL in 35mL water per 1kg live weight). Withhold water for 2 hours before nightfall, then make medicated water available at daybreak for rapid consumption. Replace with clean water after 8 hours or once consumed.
Individual Weight Dosing Guide: 1kg bird: 1.75mL Kilverm (in 35mL water); 2kg bird: 3.5mL Kilverm (in 70mL water); 4kg bird: 7mL Kilverm (in 140mL water); 6kg bird: 10.5mL Kilverm (in 210mL water). May be given neat via direct oral syringe at the same millilitre-to-weight ratio.
Retreatment & Palatability: Repeat dose after 14 days to clear newly hatched worms. For finicky birds, a small teaspoon of honey may be added to medicated water. Administer routinely every 6 months for maintenance.
Contraindications & Withholding: Do not administer during extremely hot weather. Meat withholding period: 7 days before slaughter for human consumption. Egg withholding period: Nil.
