Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or via a try-before-you-buy workflow. This cancellation policy lays out exactly how you can alter, skip, pause, or cancel these specific purchase types.
Subscriptions & Auto-Delivery
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and delivery duration intervals you select at checkout. Your payment details are securely stored via encrypted tokenization, and you will be automatically billed for each scheduled fulfillment run unless you have opted to pay in full upfront.
No Lock-In Commitments: There are no long-term contractual volume commitments required to enjoy our subscription rates. Your only standard baseline commitment is the initial order placed.
Complete Autonomy: You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your active subscription sequence at any time directly through your customer dashboard account or by following the links enclosed within your original order confirmation emails. Before an upcoming renewal is charged, a reminder notification is automatically generated and sent to your profile email address.
The Point of No Return: You are free to modify or cancel your subscription up until the exact second your automated renewal payment is processed. However, once a renewal transaction is successfully executed and captured by our payment gateway, the order instantly locks into our live, rapid warehouse packing workflow. At this point, it cannot be modified, intercepted, or cancelled. Please see our Refund Policy for processing change-of-mind details post-delivery.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
When purchasing a pre-order or an item explicitly marked as a back-order, you are securing a product that is currently arriving from our suppliers. The moment you place your order, that specific inventory is immediately allocated and secured for you ahead of all future orders, ensuring you are first in line once the shipment lands at our warehouse.
Because this stock is locked down and reserved exclusively for your account at the moment of checkout, these transactions represent a firm commercial commitment. Any requests to cancel a pre-order or back-order prior to fulfillment are processed at our absolute discretion and will incur our standard 10% administration and restocking fee to recover non-refundable merchant processing costs and system overheads. Once an order has entered our live packing queue, cancellation paths close completely.
Try Before You Buy
When selecting a try-before-you-buy item, our gateway places a temporary verification authorization on your chosen payment method before processing the fulfillment run. You will have a designated evaluation timeframe to decide if you want to keep the product. Once this window passes, if you have not successfully initiated a formal return return transit, our system will automatically process and capture the full retail amount against your stored payment method.
