Terms and Conditions for Gift Card Purchase
1. Non-Reloadable: Gift cards purchased from Get Flocked are not reloadable. Once the balance on the gift card is exhausted, it cannot be reloaded or replenished with additional funds. A new gift card must be purchased to obtain additional value.
2. Non-Redeemable for Cash: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, either in part or in full. They are only redeemable for products or services offered by Get Flocked.
3. Expiry Date: Each gift card issued by Get Flocked has a validity period of three (3) years from the date of issue/purchase. After the expiry date, any remaining balance on the gift card will be forfeited and the card will no longer be valid for use. The full expiry date is indicated on the gift card.
4. Multiple Uses: Gift cards permit more than one purchase or multiple uses until the full monetary amount is used or the expiry date is met. They are not limited to a single purchase.
5. Usage Limitations: Gift cards can only be used for purchases at participating Get Flocked locations or on our official website. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or for any unauthorised purposes.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards: Get Flocked is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
7. Balance Inquiry: To check the balance of your gift card, contact customer service by phone. You will only need the last 4 digits of the gift card number.
8. Fraud Protection: Get Flocked reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card or related transaction if we suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or violation of these terms and conditions.

Supervision & Safety
No toy is completely safe or indestructible. Depending on your pet’s individual chewing habits, toys may develop small pieces or frayed edges over time.

- Remove promptly: If a toy is damaged, remove it immediately to prevent injury or ingestion.
- Supervise always: All products must be used under strict supervision.
