Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch Speeds & Handling Timeframes

We aim to package and dispatch your orders with maximum efficiency. Handling times depend entirely on the fulfillment tier chosen at checkout:

  • Rush My Order - 1 Business Day Dispatch: Orders are prioritised as "first to fly" and are guaranteed to be packed and dispatched within 1 business day (weekdays only). For local collection orders, selecting this service fast-tracks your items so they are ready for pick-up ahead of the crowd.
  • Standard Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

Please note that all dispatch timeframes strictly exclude weekends, QLD public holidays, and National public holidays.

2. Logistics Carriers & Calculations

We primarily partner with Australia Post as our preferred carrier, alongside domestic courier services (Couriers Please and Aramex). Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout by the carrier network based on:

  • The total calculated cubic weight of your combined items.
  • The destination postcode of the delivery address.

3. Critical Warning: Accelerated Checkout Wallet Address Sync

🚨 Important Notice for Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Users: Accelerated payment wallets are hardcoded to automatically overwrite the shipping address you manually type into our storefront, forcing your historical wallet default address into the order. Always double-check the delivery address inside your payment popup before authenticating.

If an incorrect address forces its way through via an express wallet, you must contact us immediately via phone on 1300 946 741. Due to our rapid packing workflows, email notifications or order replies cannot guarantee an address change will be caught in time. Get Flocked cannot be held liable for parcels misrouted due to outdated payment wallet addresses.

4. Back Orders & Automatic Order Consolidation

Items explicitly marked as "Back Order" are temporarily out of stock but are securely en route from our suppliers (typically landing within 7 business days). If your cart contains a mixture of in-stock and back-ordered items, we will hold your entire order to ship together in a single consolidated package.

Combining Separate Orders: If you place multiple independent orders within the same shipping window, we reserve the right to automatically combine your orders and ship them together in one package. Please note that no adjustments or partial refunds can be made to the individual shipping fees paid across these separate transactions, though our warehouse team will always endeavour to upgrade your consignment to an accelerated carrier service where possible.

5. Authority To Leave (ATL) & Tracking

To prevent missed deliveries, most parcels are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). Carriers will drop the parcel in a safe, unexposed position at your premises if you are absent. Full tracking visibility is emailed automatically upon dispatch. For Australia Post orders, syncing occurs natively within your MyPost mobile app if registered under the matching email address.

6. Western Australia & Tasmania Quarantine Restrictions

Due to strict state border biosecurity legislation, biological items marked with (Excl. TAS & WA) (including raw barks, plant materials, native perches, and un-hulled grains) cannot legally enter WA or TAS. Border compliance remains the buyer's legal responsibility.

To keep your fulfillment moving, we have automated rules setup to manage these orders:

  • 100% Restricted Orders: If your cart contains purely prohibited biosecurity items, the entire order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Partially Restricted Orders: If your cart contains a mixture of restricted and standard items, the prohibited items will be cancelled and refunded in full to your original payment method, while the non-restricted goods process to fulfillment as normal.

Please note that in the case of a partial cancellation, we cannot modify, discount, or partially refund the shipping charges already captured at checkout, as carrier network freight allocations are permanently locked at the time of payment. While we strive for absolute accuracy with our biosecurity system filters, these automated processes may occasionally fail due to system variables.

7. Return To Sender (RTS) Fees

If a parcel is returned to our facility due to non-collection, delivery refusal, or incorrect shipping address configurations provided at checkout, a flat $13.00 AUD Return-To-Sender fee (charged directly by the carrier network) will be deducted from your resulting Store Credit balance. Original outward shipping fees are completely non-refundable.
