Shipping policy
For customers who have opted into Priority Order Pack (available during checkout), we aim to get your goodies to you as fast as possible, so all orders places on weekdays will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
For all other orders, we aim to get your goodies out the door within 2-3 business days.
However there are some exceptions:
- Orders placed on weekends or NSW or National Public holidays
- If your cart contains items on back order, we will hold the order until it can be shipped together. If you require items to be dispatched earlier, we recommend completing separate purchases for in stock and back order items.
- Priority Order Pack is only available directly through our website.
Quarantine Restrictions for Western Australia, Tasmania and International Orders
For customers who have opted into Priority Pack & Dispatch, we aim to get your goodies to you as fast as possible, so all orders places on weekdays will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
For all other orders, we aim to get your goodies out the door within 2-3 business days.
Buyers are responsible to check with your local customs office regarding the import of products, restrictions, prohibited items, taxes, tariffs, fees and any other applicable duties. We will endeavour to check all orders to the above locations, however, Get Flocked will not be liable for packages that are seized, refused entry, held for delivery or fines issued. Please be advised that orders containing any of the following are unable to be fulfilled:
- Any product containing seed (Seed mixes, seed treat bars, grass, etc)
If your order contains any prohibited items from being sent to your state, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be voided.
If we can't ship an item to your location, we'll offer you a store credit. If you prefer a refund, please note that a restocking fee will be applied.
Carrier - Australia Post / Couriers Please / Sendle
All deliveries include tracking updates as your order makes its way through the respective carrier. If you won’t be home, we recommend your place of employment for delivery or provide authority to leave instructions during checkout.
Where a parcel has been returned to sender (due to incorrect details or item not being collected) we will provide a refund of the goods purchased minus the shipping fee paid from your orginal order once the return has made its way back to us.
From time to time we may choose the most cost effective method to get your goodies to you and will utilise a combination of Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please.
Authority To Leave
We know being home is always hard to accept your deliveries, so most parcels are set to Authority To Leave. Authority to Leave or "ATL" gives permission for drivers to leave the parcel at the delivery address without a signature (as long as it is safe to do so).
Manage your delivery with Australia Post
Australia Post has a service called MyPost, where you can create an account and manage your delivery once it has left us. This is optional, however customers can sign up with the Australia Post Mobile App to manage and track your delivery. If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.
If you already hold an account you can simply login. Provided you have used the same email address for your order, you should see your tracking information automatically.
How long will it take?
Once dispatched, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery service within metropolitan areas.
For orders outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an additional 1-2 business days and up to 5 business days for WA, parts of QLD, NT and Tasmania.
As with everything, we aim to do the best job we can, but we’re not perfect! If there’s a delay (or we’re super swamped) we’ll let you know. If something goes wrong or is taking too long, please let us know and we’ll do whatever we can to fix it and improve.
Click & Collect
Click and Collect Orders can be collected on the following days: Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm or Saturday 9:30am - 4pm. You will receive an email notification advising when your order is ready for collection.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible to check with your countries customs office regarding the import of products, restrictions, prohibited items, taxes, tariffs, fees and any other applicable duties. Get Flocked will not be liable for packages that are refused or held for delivery.
Due to international complexities with biosecurity and restrictions, we have temporarily suspended automatic checkout for customers in New Zealand. Generally speaking any items that contain Seed, Plant Material (Grasses, Palm Leaves, Corn Husks) and some medications are prohibited.
