🥣 Feeding & Usage Guidelines
Rinse seeds thoroughly under cool, clean running water. Soak in fresh water for 8 to 12 hours, then rinse thoroughly before feeding or sprouting.
To sprout, transfer soaked seeds into a sprouting jar or colander in a well-ventilated room out of direct sunlight. Rinse thoroughly 2 to 3 times daily until roots emerge. Always discard uneaten portions from the cage within 4 to 6 hours to maintain hygiene.
