To prepare this premium sprouting superfood blend for your birds:

Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the seed mix under cool, running water.

Soak: Place the blend in a clean bowl or sprouting jar, cover completely with fresh water, and leave to soak for 8 to 12 hours.

Rinse and Drain: Drain the water thoroughly and rinse the seeds again under fresh water.

Sprout: Place the rinsed seeds into a sprouting container or colander out of direct sunlight. Rinse and drain thoroughly 2 to 3 times a day to keep them moist.

Serve: Within 24 to 48 hours, tiny white sprout tails will emerge. Give them a final thorough rinse, drain well, and serve fresh on its own, mixed into a fresh chop, or added to a foraging bowl.
