We're trying to encourage our budgies to try more different foods. Freeze dried chop is a much more efficient way to do this (rather than buying a bunch of different fresh ingredient every week for them to ignore). Some of the pieces are a bit big for budgies, so we chop it up a bit more. We also mix in some of their usual favourites (leafy greens, carrot, vetafarm crumbles, quinoa) to convince them that it's definitely food. I'm pretty sure they've been eating at least some of it.
Overall, this is a really good quality product. Also, it smells delicious.
Love this. Very crunchy and the gaps are the perfect size to squish millet balls into.
At last and nutritious and easily held treat for my Indian Ringnecks. They dived right in as soon as the packet was opened and devoured a ball each. I've tried many different treats with them, with many failing to get their tick of approval. Yet there was no hesitation with these. They smell good, look good and are just the right size for holding and nibbling. They are definitely worth purchasing and I'll be buying the bigger packet next time.
Purchased the flight suit with diaper, received it today good delivery speed and quality seems good. The ad shows the product, diaper inserts and a bird lead. However only the flight suits came. There may have been a section that states "No Diapers or Lead included" but I did not see this. So now I have to purchase diapers and the lead separately and another delivery. If it doesn't come with what is shown and needed just spell it out so you can buy it at the time???
My Quaker will only eat ZuPreem ( and prefers the NutBlend ) so I was happy to find this, when searching online and support a small business at the same time.
Postage was super quick.
Would highly recommend this company
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My parrotlets love this. They love shredding and ripping pieces of the Pom poms. The extra length is a bonus.
Will see how I go in the next 3 days while they sprout 🌱 my birds LOVE the non sprouting version of these but I wanted to try this based on what I've seen in some youtube vids 🤞🤞🤞
Trying this for the first time with my tiel. He was super excited at the start and scoffed them down. I do have to start hand feeding them to him now cause I think he got bored lol. But he'll eat them anyway if I keep offering them from my hand. Wondering if the coloured ones will keep him entertained for longer 🥲
Love love love the variety of materials available!
Come here for the best place to find DIY toy materials. You'll most likely be disappointed if you try any other pet store because they don't really focus on just birds
Previously bought this online and was pleased to see that Get Flocked stocks these too. You can break it up and add it to your foraging trays for lots of colours and textures. My tiel occasionally picks up the lolly pop and playfully shakes it aggressively while growling. It's like having a doggo in a bird suit 😂
I've always wanted to try adding solar balls to my bird's foraging box! They were featured in a YouTube video on making foraging trays at home. Only physical store that had them!!!
Definitely my tiel's favourite toy and I'm going through these very quickly lol. Big thank you to the owner for stocking up on all these DIY materials which were hard for me to find in any other physical store in Sydney.
